A very distinctive character captured beautifully, Teresa! Heh, I often do the same thing watching Countdown over here; great way of sketching some interesting and diverse faces at speed.
The Pentel brush pen has a soft tip, must like a real paint brush, which is why it’s easy to get the varying widths (whether I want them or not…LOL!). My Tombow calligraphy pen is not so pliable. Good luck with keeping up!
Wow! Love how your simple lines create a complex face with great expression, Teresa! I have now added a Pentel Brush pen to my “must have” art supply list. 🙂
Excellent! So…inktober…is it just about drawing in ink? I need to read back through your posts, I guess.

Yup! Just draw in ink…draw anything, add color if you want…or not, and have fun! 🙂

Oh, and add the hashtag on social media so that others who are searching for fellow participants can find you.

I haven’t really tried a portrait with just a pen. I love how you’ve used varied line widths in yours. Day 2 is done for me.. I hope I can keep up.. 😊
