I’ve been posting these super quick sketches of Jeopardy contestants (usually) on my Instagram account. I do these as a (maybe inadequate) substitute for life drawing classes because I haven’t found one for non-art students in town yet. But mostly, I do it for the adulation from strangers. Hah!

Thanks, Catherine! I think any program you’re watching is a good one to sketch from. With The Voice, they probably focus the camera on a person for a whole minute or two while they sing? With Jeopardy, they show close-ups for a few seconds at a time so it’s extra tough to try and sketch a person, but it’s great practice!
