The people have spoken and they wanted more oldies! I am relieved that I don’t have to crank out something new for today because I just spent an hour washing green beans (and about to spend another hour on the second basket), and they still have to be snapped and the canning jars and equipment washed/sterilized…and I’ve not gotten around to bathroom-cleaning yet. The excitement is killing me! At least I’m done with the 3 loads of laundry today.hamster 4.31.33 PM

  1. Homegrown green beans is so much better than store bought! We are so glad in the winter when we have our own frozen or canned ones, but right now, we’re exhausted. :}

    LOL! I know! If that hamster would clean bathrooms, that would be awesome and I’d breed a bunch of them. 😉

  2. Laura, I’m currently listening to The Great Courses’ “Joy of Ancient History.” I was in the middle of writing a young adult novel and didn’t want to listen to fiction that might influence my writing style (per advice from the book “Becoming A Writer” which I also listened to on Audible). 🙂

    I was just starting to listen to “All The Light We Cannot See” before.

  3. The ancient history course is very interesting and not that difficult to grasp (we watch math and physics, etc, classes from The Great Courses and those are a bit harder). 🙂

    I encourage you to start writing that YA novel!
