Well, I’m several varieties of flaky (like my pies, but not as good). For some reason, I thought I was doing the drawing for the giveaway this week, but, no! I looked back at my original post and discovered I said “2 weeks” and “August 7.” It’s a good thing no one is relying on my memory for anything important.
So, yes! You still have another week to comment for a chance to win.
I feel like this chick sometimes: “Now where did I put that clover leaf??”
Heh heh, I always feel like that chicken, spend 5 mins trying to remember what I was going to get, and then another 15 looking for the item.

Aw, cute chicken :-). And she is so gently held. Sometimes I can’t find my sunglasses because they are on my head.

Ever wear a hat for so long you forget you’re wearing it? You come in the house and don’t take it off? An hour later you catch your reflection or reach up to scratch your head and wonder why no one in the family has suggested you take it off? Yeah, I’ve never done that. 😉

LOL! Then you know what she feels like! I’ve not done that yet, although my family rolls their eyes at me for misplacing my coffee (usually in the microwave because I keep reheating it) or my phone (I leave it everywhere). 😀

Or I go to another room to look for something, get distracted by something in that room and an hour later, wander back out and forget what I was in there for to begin with. 😛

Teresa, one adorable chicken makes everything better. I’m having one of those days where I don’t know which end is up. Have a great weekend! 🙂

Lol cute chicken!! I’m getting ready to get that library book you recommended about raising them. 💛

I hope you’ll find the book useful, Laura! We have a personal copy because we used it so much when we first started out raising them. 🙂

I don’t know if we’ll ever do it but it’s nice to have a book to help us figure it out!
