10 little jars of golden goodness: Orange-grapefruit-lime marmalade. I put a touch more sugar in than usual; I foresee eating it out of the jars like dessert.
The great thing is, unlike with art or writing, I don’t feel inadequate when I look at other people’s jams and jellies.
I love marmalade. Yum! (If you ever get a chance to try Zabars’ bitter orange marmalade, it’s amazing! Probably the best I’ve had.

Robin, thanks for the recommendation! It sounds delish. We are huge marmalade fans, too. 🙂

Yummy! I can also see warming it up and drizzling it over pound cake or cheesecake.

Mmm. I do feel inadequate when I see your canning prowess, but I never learned that art. 🙂

Monica, that’s a good idea!
Robyn, so you can’t eat any sugary stuff? That would be so hard for me.
Sylvia, no need to feel inadequate; I’m actually a terrible canner. Hubby does all the tomato and green beans canning. I only do jams and jellies. 🙂
