  1. You are so inspiring, Teresa. Have you tried pesto chicken salad. Toss chicken, salad, tomatoes and hot potatoes in pesto – delish!


  2. Ooh… that does sound yummy! I found out yesterday that my store sells pesto by the pound… I wonder if it’s cheaper that way than to make it myself… I’ll have to investigate further and try Catherine’s dish! T have you guys grown artichokes before?
