Chicken and dumplings

We made stock, per usual, with the carcass after cutting off the meat for fried chicken. And stock often cries for chicken and dumplings…or maybe it’s hubby who cries. Not sure.

It’s the last chicken in our freezer. We hope the eggs we’re incubating will yield some roosters for processing!

And, okay, Catherine, I did cook this dish. 😉
